Meadowpark Townhomes at 509 North Hewitt Drive, Hewitt, Texas.

When my moved there in 2003 the rent was $600 for apt #98 now the price is $800 in 2017. I'm giving this place 4 stars cause most of my teenage years were spent here. the manager at the time was a sleeping with a cop so I like that the police was always passing by. I didn't like that they always make you go home when you were out a little late. The apt itself was good enough for 4 people plus friends sleeping over. the carpets need to be changed more often and the maintenance work can be done faster. I was friends with the maintenance guy son so ours were done quickly all the time. the pool was always clean but they lock it after a certain hr in the night. I was able to several pets without the manager knowing. you had to pay extra for keeping pets. outside is nice and wide enough kids to do whatever but be care in the winter time when there is ice on the walkways through the grass. you get two parking spaces but not enough space in the fence to take care of a big dog
